Who we are
Locals and transplants
CASALIV is a boutique team led by Lydie Vieira. Some of us grew up in Washington; some of us arrived from far away. That mix is useful: we know what it is like to be from here, and what it is like to land here with boxes and questions.
We represent buyers and sellers across Greater Seattle and the Eastside, and help with relocation and property management. On Zillow, the team’s sales range from $230K to $4.2M.
We think of the job as two roles at once: a concierge, who handles the details, and a coach, who explains each decision so you can make it with confidence.
