Calculators
Estimates, not quotes
The calculators on this site produce planning estimates from the numbers you enter. Default values are illustrative examples, not current market rates, rents or prices. Results are not loan quotes, escrow estimates, appraisals, broker price opinions, or legal or tax advice. Lenders, escrow officers, attorneys and tax advisors provide those.
The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere unless you choose to send a message, and you can see what will be attached before you send it.
Privacy
Your information
When you contact us through this website, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email, phone, property address, message, and any calculator summary you choose to attach. We use them only to reply to you and to help with your real estate needs. We do not sell your information.
Messages are delivered to us through Netlify Forms, part of our website hosting. Home search, listing data and the related saved searches or sign-ups are provided by IDX Broker under its own terms, with listing information supplied by the Northwest MLS. If you use “review my numbers” on a calculator, that summary is held in your browser tab’s session storage until you send or close the tab. Fonts are provided by Google Fonts, community photographs are served by Unsplash, and videos play from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only after you press play; these services may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver their content.
